- J. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION SUBJECT TO PUBLIC HEARING
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the proposal received from Mid-State Supply Company for KCMil Compact Round, Class B Strand Copper, Filled Strand for the Electric Distribution Department.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the proposal received from Linetec Services, LLC, for electric transmission and distribution emergency services for the Electric Distribution Department.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to award the Professional Service Contract to Pan American Engineers for the COA-MPO Asphalt Rehab, Phase 3 project.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the lowest proposal received from Royalty Kingdom Cleaning Services, LLC for janitorial services for ATRANS Bus Terminal.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Alexandria Mardi Gras Association and other matters thereto.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to renew the existing contract with the State of Louisiana Office of Veterans Affairs.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance to adopt HUD Report 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan.

- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with All Creatures Animal Care to provide veterinary services for the Alexandria Zoological Park.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Dr. April D. Brown, DVM for as needed veterinary services for the Alexandria Animal Shelter and the Alexandria Zoological Park.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to execute Extended Warranty and Service Agreement with Floodbreak for Martin Park Flood Control Structure.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into an Agreement with Cenla Recycling, LLC to destroy firearms lawfully collected and seized by Alexandria Police Department.
- K. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE
- Emergency ordinance to address and declare a public emergency for replacement of fire pump, jockey pump and controller at the Randolph Riverfront Center for the fire suppression system and to authorize the mayor to enter into any necessary contract or contracts with Andersen Fire Protection of Alexandria, Inc. for cost of labor and material and such other contracts reasonable and necessary for the replacement and maintenance of the fire pump, jockey pump, controller and other necessary components for the fire suppression system required at the Randolph Riverfront Center and otherwise to provide with respect thereto.
