APPOINTMENTS TO BE ANNOUNCED ***Brandon Lee Blaney to the Buckeye Recreation District for a five (5) year term. Term will expire November 10, 2023. ***Matt Johns to the Regional Steering Committees of Provisional Watersheds 1, 2, 4, and 5 for a one (1) year term. Term will expire December 31, 2023. ***Ronald Welch to the Sewerage District No. 1 Board for a four (4) year term. Term will expire December 14, 2023. ***Rodney Noles to the Industrial Development Board for a six (6) year term . Term expired October 10, 2023. ***Fill the unexpired term of the lated Henry Blake to the Industrial Development Board for a six (6) year term. Term will expire October 9, 2028.

Motion to delete from the Rapides Parish Sales and Use Tax Asset/Inventory the equipment listed below and authorize the equipment to be sold in a sealed bid process as requested by the Sales Tax Administrator. 5. Motion to rescind a certain motion of May 8, 2023, to hire Fontenot and Associates, LLC to supervise construction of a new fire station for Rapides Parish Fire District No. 10 located at 120 Dolly Paul Road, Glenmora, LA 71433 because of a funding issue, as recommended by the President of the Board for the Fire District. 6. Motion to ratify authorization for payment to Fontenot and Associates, LLC for any expenses already incurred associated with the Design of the new fire station for Rapides Parish Fire District No. 10 located on Dolly Paul Road, Glenmora, LA 71433, as recommended by the President of the Board for the Fire District. 7. Motion to ratify execution of a 20’ wide drainage servitude across Lot 9 and Lot 26 of W.W. Ward Subdivision No. 2, between Rapides Parish Police Jury and Audrey Clifton, as recommended by Pan American Engineers, LLC. (Public Works 11/06)
8. Motion to ratify authorization of repair work at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Tanner Street in the Town of Cheneyville as recommended by Pan American Engineers. Project to be funded from Road District 3A, District H Maintenance Fund. (Public Works 11/06)

11. Motion to accept Cypress Pond Drive located in Cypress Pond Subdivision, for parish maintenance per the plat signed by the Parish President and Public Works Director, resolution dated September 18, 2023, subject to the three

13. Motion to authorize the reimbursement to the Town of Woodworth for various road improvements on Lamothe Lane and Wesley Circle, not to exceed $159,000.00, to be paid out Road District 2C-District H funds. ( Public Works 11/06)
14. Motion to authorize the reimbursement to the Town of Woodworth for mowing equipment purchased under the Louisiana State Contract, not to exceed $82,000.00, to be paid out Road District 2C-District H funds. ( Public Works 11/06)
15. Motion to renew the services contract for One Stop Operator between LSUA and Rapides Parish Police Jury for another year effective January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The terms and provisions of the original contract will remain unchanged. ( Workforce & Grants 11/06)

18. Motion to permanently relocate Precinct S11 from the Oak Hill Volunteer Fire Department, Station No. 5 (3569 Highway 121, Boyce, LA, 71409) to effective January 1, 2024, due to not enough parking. (Personnel & Elections 11/06)
19. Motion to enter into a Polling Place Lease Agreement Precinct S11, with Crossroads Fellowship at Gardner located at 3727 La-121, Boyce, LA 71409, for a five (5) year term.
