4. Motion to authorize Rapides Parish Fi re District No. 10 to sell various pieces of diving equipment to Allen Parish Fire District No. 6 for $12,500.00, as approved by both entities. The Fire District no longer has a use for these items and no longer has a dive team. (Finance 05/06)
5. Motion to authorize the Rapides Pari sh Fire District No. 17 to purchase a Fire Truck from State Contract No. 4400017741, not to exceed $530,000.00, as requested by the Fire District Board. (Finance 05/06)
6. Motion to delete from the Rapides Parish OHSEP Asset Inventory program the items listed below:

13. Motion to discuss and authorize th e Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive proposals on leasing a Grapple Truck for Public Works. (Public Works 05/06)
14. Motion to enter into an Intergover nmental Agreement with the Village of Forest Hill, and for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department to assist and repair potholes on Earl Linzay Road and Stokes Lane, to be paid out of Road District 1A, District H. (Public Works 05/06)
15. Motion to adopt an ordinance to establish or set a 50mph speed limit on Cheneyville-Echo Road, District H and authorize the Public Works Department to erect speed limit signs. (Public Works 05/06)
16. Motion to authorize Rapides Pari sh Fire District No. 14 to submit application for the 2024 Forestry Grant not to exceed $20,000.00, as requested by the Fire Chief and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents. (Workforce Development & Grants 05/06)
17. Motion for the Workforce Operations De partment to hire (1) temporary parttime teacher, up to 32 hours per week, beginning May 14, 2024, until August 30, 2024, to facilitate the Summer Youth Employment Program, $25 hourly, to be paid out of WIOA funds. This instructor will also facilitate the academic component required by the program. (Workforce Development & Grants 05/06)
18. Motion to authorize the Rapides Pa rish Jury President to sign the Memorandum of Agreement with the Rapides Parish School Board for the purpose of engaging out of school youth. Motion to confirm boat racing even ts for 2024, hosted by CLEAN with Southern 3 Cylinder Outlaw Drag Club on Cotile Lake, event dates as follows (weather permitting): June 1-2, July 20-21, August 24-25, boat landing within the park to be closed on event dates, pending legal counsel approval and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents. 20. Motion to grant 2% annual longevity pay increase mandated by the State for eligible Rapides Parish Fire Protection District No. 4 employees effective July 28, 2024, as recommended by Holiday Village Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors, to be paid out of Fire Protection District No. 4 funds. (Personnel, Health & Elections 05/06)
21. Motion to grant 2% annual longevity pay increase mandated by the State for eligible Rapides Parish Fire Protection District No. 2 employees effective July 28, 2024, to be paid out of Fire Protection District No. 2 funds. (Personnel, Health & Elections 05/06)
