- Motion to authorize the Purchasing Agent advertise and receive bids on three (3) used dump trucks for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department. (Mr. Giles)
- Motion to amend a certain motion passed on April 13, 2026 to authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive bids for off on road diesel fuel and storage tanks for the Public Works Department. Storage tanks to be placed at Area 1 - Rapides Parish Public Works Main Office, Area 2 - Esler Field site and Area 3 - Glenmora work site. (Mr. Giles)
