  2. Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the lowest proposal received from Control Devices, Inc., for testing calibration and maintenance of substations and D. G. Hunter Generating Station Relays, Meters and related Equipment.
  3. Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the proposals received from Advanced Environmental Compliances, LLC and Terracon Consultants for Environmental Engineering and Consulting Services.
  4.   7. Introduction of an ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 100-2022 that provided approval for the purchase of (2) two Lonestar Cutaway Vans for ATRANS Municipal Transit from the State of Oklahoma.
