Motion to approve Descant’s Excavating & Construction Services, LLC to perform roadside ditching along Goodacre Street (not to include creek brush removal), at cost of $8,174.00 [per contract #3056 (accepted per RPPJ minutes of August 8, 2022)] to be split 50/50 between Rapides Parish Police Jury and City of Pineville, pending execution of Intergovernmental Agreement and approval by legal counsel. 9. Motion to obtain quotes for brush removal from creek beginning at Goodacre Street and ending at Pinehurst Drive, costs of which shall be split, 50/50, between Rapides Parish Police Jury and City of Pineville, pending execution of Intergovernmental Agreement and approval by legal counsel.
