  5. Motion to accept Aloha – Rigolette North Bank, State Project No. 40PARA3301, as Substantially Complete and authorize the Presiden t to execute the appropriate documents for recordation. The work has been inspected by the USACE, the LADOTD, the Levee District and the Engineers and found to be substantially complete. (Mr. Moreau)
  6. Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the Parish President to submit an application for the State of Louisiana Division of Administration Community Development Local Government Assistance Program and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents. (Mr. Overton)
