- Motion to ratify authorization for the President to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Louisian a Department of Transportation for the donation of reclaimed asphalt from th e location of State Route LA 1200, project runs approximately north of LA 498 to .66 miles east of LA 1200, State Project No. H.010354, approximately 525 cubic yards. - Motion to award Bid No. 3515 – Sh erwood Drive Drainage Improvements, District A, to the lowest bidder, Ma verick Construction, for the amount of $160,212.00, as recommended by the Pu rchasing Agent and Pan American Engineers, LLC, and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents. - Motion to authorize the Parish Presi dent to send a letter to Congressional and State Legislators in support of th e BASICS Act to dir ect more federal transportation funding to local governments. (Public Works 03/02)
- Motion for the Workforce Operations De partment to hire (1) temporary parttime teacher, up to 32 hours per week, beginning April 1, 2026, until August 30, 2026, to facilitate the Summer Youth Employment Program, $25 hourly, to be paid out of WIOA funds. This instructor will also facilitate the academic component required by the program. (Workforce Development & Grants 03/02)
- Motion to accept the resignation of Mr. Darrell Rodriguez and appoint Ms. Gertrude Moore to the Central Louisiana Human Services District Board to fill the unexpired term. Term will expire on June 11, 2026. (Parochial Board & Municipal Liaison 03/02)
- Motion to reappoint Mr. Christopher Hall, nominee of Grambling University, to serve on the Rapides Parish Civil Service Board for a three (3) year term. New term will expire on December 10, 2028. (Personnel, Elections, Insurance & Legal 03/02)

- Motion to approve the following dates for CLEAN to host a boat racing event by Southern 3 Cylinder Outlaw Drag Club at Cotile Lake on May 1617, 2026 and June 20-21, 2026. Boat landing within the park to be closed on the event dates. (Mr. Bordelon)
- Motion to authorize renovations of the Rapides Parish Clerk of Court’s office on the 1st floor. All renovations to be paid from Clerk of Court Funds. (Mr. McGlothlin)
- Motion to authorize the Purchasing Ag ent to receive price quotes and award to the lowest bidder to purchase a used vehicle for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department, cost not to exce ed $30,000.00 as recommended by the Interim Public Works Director. (Mr. Smith)
