  • H. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION SUBJECT TO PUBLIC HEARING
  1. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for treated wood poles.
  2. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for plastic refuse bags.
  3. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to renew the existing contract with Electric Power Systems International for testing and maintenance of substation transformers, circuit breakers and related equipment.
