- Motion to adopt a resolution approving the holding of an election i n Fire Protection District No. 18 of the Parish of Rapides, State of L ouisiana, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to authorize the renewal of a special tax therein. (Mr. Overton)
- Motion to authorize the President to sign and approve the first optional extension of the One-Stop Operator Contract with Louisiana State at Alexandria (LSUA) for an additional one-year term from July 1, 2026, thr u June 30, 2027. The contract will be funded through the WIOA grant fun ds. Treasurer to amend the budget as necessary. (Mr. Wiggins)
- Motion to adopt a resolution giving preliminary approval to the issuance of not to exceed Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($930,000) of Li mited Tax Bonds of Fire Protection District No. 7 of the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana; making application to the State Bond Commission fo r the approval of said Bonds; and providing for other matters in connection therewith. - Motion to approve the purchase of a security system to be installed at 711 Washington Street and the Public Meeting Room. (Mr. McGlothlin)

- Motion to approve the creation of five (5) part-time positions for the R apides Parish Public Works Department to perform the duties of a reseal crew, hourly rate of pay between $15.00 - $20.00 depending on experience. (Mr. Giles)
- Motion to authorize the Purchasing Agent to receive bids for th ree (3) new dump trucks for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department and sec ure financing for a five (5) year term. (Mr. Giles)
- Motion to permanently relocate the voting place for Precinc ts C11-A and Alexandria, La. 71301) to Mt. Zion Baptist Church and Life Center (11 16th inhabitable because of mold and enter into a five (5) year lease agre ement with Mt. Zion Baptist Church and Life Center with the option to automatically renew for a like term of one (1) year at the same rental rate. A copy of this resolution to be sent to Louisiana Department of Electi ons and registrar of Voters. (Mr. Harris)
- Motion to adopt a resolution to receive a donation of the sum of $30,600. 00 to be used solely and exclusively for the demolition of an existing structure located behind the Pineville Library Branch and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents. (Mr. Wiggins)
- Motion to authorize the Parish President to sign all necess ary documents relating to the sale of property at 5416 Provine Place to Caroline Dessens, lowest bidder. (Mr. McGlothlin)
