RESOLUTION ordering and calling a special election to be held in the City of Alexandria, State of Louisiana, to authorize the renewal of a special tax therein; making application to the State Bond Commission in connection therewith; and providing for other matters in connection therewith.

- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to promote the city of Alexandria by entering into all contracts with bands and/or vendors for Downtown Rocks, River Fete, Rock on the Red and Winter Fete in 2023.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the City of Alexandria and Central Louisiana Human Services District.
- Introduction of an ordinance to amend and reenact Alexandria City Council Ordinance No. 286-2003, §II.; and, to repeal Ordinance No. 372013, relative to appointments and terms of office for commissioners of the greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority (“GAEDA”) District Commission; to provide for Appointments to and removal or replacement of GAEDA District Commissioners by members of the City Council; to provide for officers for the district and otherwise to provide for related matters.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with STEM NOLA for STEM Saturday programming and a four-week STEM camp.
- Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Professional Services with regard to engineering services between the City of Alexandria and Monceaux-Buller and Associates, LLC.
- Introduction of an ordinance declaring certain items as surplus and no longer needed or used by City departments, to be sold at a public auction scheduled for Saturday, March 4, 2023.
- Introduction of an ordinance rezoning property located at 2119 England Drive from B-3 (General Business District) to MF-1 (Multifamily Low Density) to allow for the development of an affordable Multifamily Apartment Complex.
- Introduction of an ordinance re-zoning property located at 4721 South MacArthur Drive from C-2(General Commercial District) to MF3(Multifamily High Density) to allow for development of an affordable Multifamily Apartment Complex.

- RESOLUTION authorizing advertisement for bids for Adams Tank Repair and Paint.

- I. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION SUBJECT TO PUBLIC HEARING
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Capital Improvement Project Phase 1 site demolition and clearance for Tiger and Siamang Habitat and Restaurant Development.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for Louisiana Watershed Initiative Project Horseshoe Canal Hardening.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to renew the contract with Linetec Services for overhead Electric Distribution maintenance services.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to renew the existing contract with TEECO Safety, Inc., and Dana Safety Supply for Police uniform accessories.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the proposal received from Clean Earth Environment Solutions, Inc., for household hazardous waste services for the Utility and Public Works Divisions.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the lowest quote received from CBS Cleaning Service for janitorial services for the Wastewater and Lab Departments.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with ARC Rapides for cleaning services at Frank O. Hunter Gym and the Teen Center on Sylvester Street.
- To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to enter into a consultant agreement with ATG to provide FTA guidance and technical support for all FTA approved programs and TRAMS management.
