Motion to adopt a resolution to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with LDOTD for the England Airpark Roadway Improvements and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents. Project to be funded through LDOTD using federal funds and matching funds provided by the England Authority. (Public Works 12/02)
- Motion to accept Project No. 3171 – Downs Lane Culvert Replacement as “Substantially Complete” with exception of punch list items and authorize the Parish President to sign the Substantial Completion certificate, as recommended by Pan American Engineers, LLC. (Public Works 12/02)
- Motion to authorize cleaning and debris removal of the ditches and installation of drainage culverts, within the Town of Lecompte, to be paid from the town’s portion of Road District 3A FY 2025 allocation, cost not to exceed $150,000.00, as requested by Mayor Herman Williams and contingent upon the Town Council approval. - Motion to adopt a resolution and award Bid No. 3315 – Belgard Bend Road Lane Widening, to Apeck Construction, LLC of Anacoco, Louisiana, the low bidder, in the amount of $305,097.40, as recommended by Pan American Engineers, LLC and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents. - Motion to accept a section of S Jeff McCann Road (15 ft wide x 1,250 feet in length), Ward 11, Road District 2B-2, for parish perpetual maintenance and request Rapides Area Planning Commission to add to the parish map as requested by the Public Works Director. (Mr. Smith)
- Motion to receive the recommendation from the Ambulance Advisory Committee on Ordinance amendments and request for proposals and adoption. (Mr. McGlothlin)

- Motion to increase the starting base pay for Rapides Parish Fire District No. 2 full time employees, from $1035.00 to $1060.00 per pay period, to be effective 12/29/2024, and for the increase to be allocated for all classified positions according to the salary plan, as recommended by the Fire Chief.
