Motion to enter into a Lease Agreement with the Louisiana Workforce Commission (Louisiana Department of Labor) for the rental of approximately 3,546 square feet of shared office space for the Rapides American Job Center located at 5610-B Coliseum Blvd., for a period of five (5) years, commencing August 1, 2022 and ending July 31, 2027 with option to renew for one 5 year period, for an amount of $5,583.33 per month and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents and Treasurer to amend budget as necessary.   3. Motion to authorize the Program Completion Public Hearing for the FY Public hearing will be held at the Rapides Parish Police Jury Room. p.m. (Mr. Smith)
