5. Motion to accept Project No. 3 404 – West River Road Lane Widening 2025 as “Substantially Complete” with exception of punch list items and authorize the Parish President to sign the Substantial Completion certificate, as recommended by Pan American Engineers. (Mr. Giles)
6. Motion to accept Mr. Watson Clifton at 877 B. Clifton Road, Clifton, LA 71447, District E, as a hardship. Proper certification has been received. (Mr. Bordelon)
7. Motion to authorize cleanup of garbage, trash, weeds and debris at 387 Dupree Street, Pineville, LA and authorize legal counsel to invoice the property owner for cost of cleanup. Public Works Department to complete the job if a contractor is unable to complete the job in a timely manner or if it is cost prohibitive. (Mr. Harris)

15. Motion to e nter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Town of Cheneyville for the Public Works Department to install a culvert at the Mayor. Project to be funded by Road District 3A, town’s portion. (Mr. Giles)
16. Motion to authorize Pan American Engineers to advertise for bids for various road improvement projects in District A, District B, District C and District H. (Mr. Giles)
17. Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the a llocation of funds from Road District 2B -1, District C, to cover construction costs, change order(s) and/or any other costs exceeding the 25% local match as required Improvements Capital Outlay appropriation. (Mr. Smith)

Motion to authorize the purchase of a 2023 Braun Voyager, VIN 2C4RC1CG7PR579450 from Calcasieu Parish Police Jury in the amount of 8,970.00 to be used by Rapides Senior Citizen Center for the LADOTD Rural Transportation Grant, purchase of van to be funded by Rapides Parish Senior Citizen Fund and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents. 3. Motion to renew the polling place lease for Voting Precinct S11, at the same terms and prices, with the correction of the name change from Crossroad Fellowship at Gardner to Gardner Baptist Church and authorize the President to sign any necessary documents. A copy of this resolution be sent to the Registrar of Voters, Clerk of Court, and Secretary of State, Elections Division. (Mr. Bordelon)
4. Motion to approve the creation of one (1) new permanent full -time Rapides Parish Civil Service position, Operations Manager, pay classification Range 19, annual salary of $36,291.82. (Mr. Overton)
5. Motion to approve the creation of one (1) new permanent full -time Rapides Parish Civil Service position, Auditor III, Class A, pay classification Range 26, annual salary of $53,108.88. (Mr. Overton)
6. Motion to increase the starting base annual salary for a Firefighter at Rapides Parish Fire District No. 4 – Holiday Village VFD to $35,000.00 and any new hires not eligible for State Supplemental Pay during year one
