3. Motion to adopt an ordinance to set the speed limit on Baywood Drive, Ward 10, District B, from 15 mph to 25 mph, and authorize the Public Works Department to erect speed limit signs. (Mr. Wiggins)
4. Motion to authorize the Rapides Parish Public Works Dep artment to provide services under the annual Intergovernmental Agreement withi n the city limits of Forest Hill for ten (10) hours of road grader work and ten

• (10) hours of boom truck work on C. Willis Road as requested by the Mayor. Project to be funded by the town’s portion of Road Distr ict 1A Maintenance Funds. (Mr. Giles)

5. Motion to authorize the Purchasing Agent to receive price quot es and award to the lowest bidder for a 24-foot, 12,000 lb equipment/car hauler trailer, to be used by the Rapides Parish Public Works Depa rtment. Cost not to exceed $10,000.00 and purchase to be funded by Rapides Pari sh Public Works Operating Fund. (Mr. Giles)
6. Motion to authorize cleanup of garbage, trash, weeds and debr is at 6137 Isabella Drive, Alexandria, LA and authorize legal counsel to invoice the property owner for cost of cleanup. Public Works Department to complete the job if a contractor is unable to complete the job in a timely manner or if it is cost prohibitive. (Mr. McGlothlin)
