Motion to award Bid No. 3515 – Sherwood Drive Drainage Improvements, District A, to the lo west bidder, Maveri ck Construction, for the amount of $160,212.00, as recommended by the Purchasing Agent and Pan American Engineers, LLC, a nd authorize the President to sign all necessary documents. 7. Motion to authorize the Parish Presi dent to send a letter to Congressional and State Legislators in support of the BASICS Act to direct more federal transportation funding to local governments. (Mr. Smith)
