CAFA is a Local Housing Finance Agency, not a state agency and has a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Rapides Finance Authority. (Mr. Smith)
- Receive an annual update from Ms. Allision Elnaggar, Associ ate Extension Agent for the LSU Ag Center.
- Motion to grant approval to Cotile Acres located at 101 Cotile Lake Roa d, Boyce, LA, for three (3) lots, as recommended by the Rapides Area Planning Commission and authorize the President to sign any necess ary documents. (Mr. Bordelon)
- Motion to grant approval to BHM Mobile Home Park located a t 4749 Hwy 121, Boyce, LA, for thirty (30) units, as recommended by the Rapides Area Planning Commission and authorize the President to si gn any necessary documents. (Mr. Bordelon)
- Motion to grant approval to Bayou Rapides RV Park locate d at 607 Browns Bend Road, Boyce, LA, for forty-seven (47) units, as recommended by the Rapides Area Planning Commission and autho rize the President to sign any necessary documents. (Mr. Bordelon)
