- Motion to authorize Change Order No. 1 – Exhibition Hall – increase of $218,089.00 from the original contract cost of $1,331,000.00, and increase completion date by 28 days, for unforeseen conditions of the existing roof, as recommended by Ballard CLC, Inc., Project Engineer. (Mr. Bishop)
- Motion to discuss Proclamation Number 106 JBE 2023 issued by Govern or John Bel Edwards to proclaim July 3, 2023 a state holiday and reschedule the regular scheduled Committee Meeting from Monday, July 3, 2023 to Monday, July 10, 2023 and reschedule the regular scheduled Jury Meeting from Monday, July 10, 2023 to Monday, July 17, 2023.
