- Motion to approve the purchase of a 50KW Generator for Rapi des Parish Fire District No. 18, to be installed at Station No. 3, Hwy 112 , Lecompte, Louisiana, as recommended by the Fire Chief and approved by the Fi re District Board of Directors on March 20, 2026. (Mr. Overton)

- Motion to approve a one (1) year contract with 4-K Farm & Truc king, LLC for transporting waste tires as per the Environmental Regulatory automatically renew after a one (1) year period unless cancelle d by either party thirty (30) days prior to end date of the contract. (Mr. Giles)
- Motion to authorize Pan American Engineers to advertise for bids for various road improvements for patch base failures and overla y on Downs Lane, Road District 36A, District E, project cost estimated to be $700,000.00. Project to be funded by Road District 36A, District E. (Mr. Bordelon)
- Motion to authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise and rec eive bids for off road diesel fuel and storage tanks for the Public Works Department. Storage tanks to be placed at Area 1 - Rapides Parish Public Works Main Office, Area 2 - Esler Field site and Area 3 - Glenm ora work site. (Mr. Giles)
- Motion to authorize the trade in of Asset No. 12730 – Dodge Ram 15 00, VIN No. 1C6RRGST6MS506828 and Asset No. 12732 – Dodge Ram 1500, VIN No. 1C6RR6ST4MS506830, leased by Public Works Department thru Enterprise Fleet Management. Gain of trade in to be applied toward balance of the Enterprise Fleet Lease for the Publ ic Works Department. (Mr. Giles)

- Motion to authorize cleanup of garbage, trash, weeds and de bris at 7019 Isabella Drive, Alexandria, LA and authorize legal counsel to invoice the property owner for cost of cleanup. Public Works Department to complete the job if a contractor is unable to complete the job in a timely manner or if it is cost prohibitive. (Mr. McGlothlin)

- Motion by Mr. Bubba Moreau, seconded by Mr. Craig Smith to author ize the Purchasing Agent to receive price quotes and award to the lowest bidder for chip sealing on various roads in Road District 2B-2, Distr ict C, cost not to exceed $240,000.00. - Motion to accept Project No. 3490 – Waters Bayou Drainage Improvements as “Substantially Complete”, with the exception of punch list items and authorize the Parish President to sign the Subst antial Completion certificate, as recommended by Pan American Engineers. (Mr. Smith)
- Receive an update from the Cotile Lake Study Committee on needs for the Cotile Recreation Area and Cotile Lake. (Mr. Bordelon)
- Receive a quarterly update from Matt Johns on permits iss ued by RAPC for the Rapides Parish Police Jury.
- Motion to extend the agreement with Richard’s Bush-Hogging Services, to mow the levees at Cotile, Kincaid and Indian Creek, twice per year for a charge of $10,528.00 per time, for a total of $21,056.00, (same price as previous year) to begin as soon as possible, as per recommendation by the Interim Public Works Director and agreed upon by Vendor. (Mr. Giles)

- Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing Parish President Craig Sm ith, to execute any and all documents with LADOTD for Esler Regional Airport, including but not limited to applications, grant agreements, capital improvement plans, local funding matches, enrollment forms, a nd other related documents required for state programs. - Receive a quarterly update from Kimberly Boyd on grants administ ered by RAPC for the Rapides Parish Police Jury.
