Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with the Alexandria Pineville Convention & Visitor’s Bureau (APCVB) that would allow them to piggyback onto the Parish’s current lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, all charges to be paid directly to Enterprise Fleet Management by APCVB and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents.
