- Motion to authorize the President to sign the renewal contract with MGT of America to perform the annual indirect cost plan, for the period of three (3) years, with an automatic renewal for an additional one (1) year unless terminated by either party at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration date. - Motion to authorize a lease agreement for four (4) trucks thru Enterprise Fleet Management for use by the Public Works Department and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents, as recommended by the Public Works Director. (Finance 08/05)
- Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement (CEA) with the Alexandria Pineville Convention & Visitor’s Bureau (APCVB) that would allow them to piggyback onto the Parish’s current lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management, all charges to be paid directly to Enterprise Fleet Management by APCVB and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents. Motion to grant the City of Pineville a nonexclusive franchise for the construction, operation and maintenance of water lines in, over, under or along the public roads, streets or alleys throughout Ward 9, 10 and 11 of Rapides Parish for a period of twenty-five (25) years and the provisions of Chapter 11 Franchise Fee are hereby suspended, as requested by Resolution 2024-0709-28 adopted on July 9, 2024 at the City of Pineville Council meeting. - Motion to permanently relocate Precinct N02 from Pineville City Hall (910 Pineville Elementary School (835 Main Street, Pineville, LA 71360). The reason for combining Precincts N01 and N02 is because of the number of voters at Precinct N01, is less than 300. A copy of this resolution to be sent to Secretary of State, Elections Division, Clerk of Court and Registrar of Voters. (Mr. Bishop)
- Motion to accept Project No. 2922 – Living Quarters – Fire District #6 – as “Substantially Complete” and authorize the Parish President to sign the Substantial Completion Certificate, as recommended by the Engineer. (Mr. Smith)

- Motion to authorize Change Order No. 2 for Cotile Recreation Restroom Restoration Repairs, to extend the completion date to 09/20/2024 and claim the fourteen (14) rain days experienced in the months of June and July, as recommended by the project engineer, Ballard CLC and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents.
