Motion to extend Bid No. 2993 – Road side Open Ditch Maintenance for an additional twelve (12) months, beginning on June 28, 2024 – June 27, 2025, as requested by the Public Works Director and Purchasing Agent and approved by the participating Vendor and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents.
