- Motion to reallocate the tax proceeds from the Sales Tax District No. 3 tax election of April 11, 2011, to be reallocated annually every year in July, according to the population estimates as submitted to the Treasurer of the State of Louisiana by the LSU AgCenter, Department of agricultural Economics and Agribusiness and Dr. Troy C. Blanchard, from the LSU Department of Sociology also referred to as the Federal/State Cooperative Population. The Federal/Sta te Cooperative Population study is to be used to reallocate provides the following population estimates:

- Motion to increase Fire Protection District No. 3 Firefighter/Operator full time base pay from $11.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour and for the increase to be allocated for all classified positions according to the Fire District #3 Salary Plan as recommended by Alpine Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors, to be paid out of Fire Protection District No. 3 funds. - Motion to approve Recruit and/or Probationary Firefighter/Operators shall receive $600 per month Incentive Pay for the first year, this shall not apply to Probationary Firefighter/Operators already receiving State Supplemental Pay, as recommended by Alpine Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors, to be paid out of Fire Protection District No. 3 funds. - Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Treasury related to Act 397 of 2023 Regular Legislative Session – State Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct, for roads, and authorize the President to sign same. Authorize the President to send a letter of thanks to Senator Glen Womack for his help in securing funds for this project. (Mr. Smith)

- Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Treasury related to Act 397 of 2023 Regular Legislative Session – State Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct, for metal detectors at the Rapides Parish Coliseum, and authorize the President to sign same. Authorize the President to send a letter of thanks to Senator Jay Luneau for his help in securing funds for this project. (Mr. McGlothlin)
- Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Treasury related to Act 397 of 2023 Regular Legislative Session – State Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct, for window renovations at the Rapides Parish Courthouse, and authorize the President to sign same. Authorize the President to send a letter of thanks to Senator Jay Luneau for his help in securing funds for this project. (Mr. McGlothlin)
- Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Treasury related to Act 397 of 2023 Regular Legislative Session – State Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct, for infrastructure, repairs and equipment at Cotile Recreation Park, and authorize the President to sign same. Authorize the President to send a letter of thanks to Representative Lance Harris and Lt. Governor Billy Nungesser for his help in securing funds for this project. (Mr. Wilder)
- Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Treasury related to Act 397 of 2023 Regular Legislative Session – State Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct, for driveway repairs at Rapides Parish Fire District No. 9, and authorize the President to sign same. - Motion to accept the FY 2022-2023 award of the LGAP grant for $52,578.00 to purchase equipment for the Public Works Department and authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents. (Mr. Smith)
- Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Treasury related to Act 397 of 2023 Regular Legislative Session – State Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct, for emergency power supply at Rapides Parish Fire District No.5, and authorize the President to sign same. Authorize the President to send a letter of thanks to Representative Rhonda Butler for her help in securing funds for this project. (Mr. Johnson)
- Motion to authorize the issuance of a quietus on the part of the Rapides Parish Police Jury in favor of the Sheriff and Tax Collector and against any claim on the part of the Rapides Parish Police Jury for the ad valorem taxes of the year 2022, and authorize Theresa Pacholik, Treasurer, to issue said quietus. (Mr. Bishop)
- Motion to authorize the Purchasing Agent to advertise for Request for Proposals for Fiscal Agent for the Rapides Parish Police Jury for the period of January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2027. (Mr. Bishop)
- Motion to authorize a lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management for two (2) 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 Trucks for the Public Works Department and authorize the President to sign necessary documents. (Mr. Smith)

- Motion to authorize the trade in of Asset No. 12588 – 2020 Chevrolet Traverse, Public Works Director Vehicle. Gain of trade-in to be applied to toward Enterprise Fleet Management Lease of 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck. (Mr. Smith)
- Motion to reallocate reseal funds on a pro-rate basis to the appropriate Police Jury District from the Debris Removal Line Item in the Public Works Fund. (Mr. Johnson)

- Motion to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Glenmora for the Rapides Parish Public Works Department to perform fifty (50) hours of ditching, as requested by the Town of Glenmora, to be paid out of the Town’s portion of Road District 1A funds and authorize the President to sign the same. (Mr. Johnson)
- Motion to authorize the Rapides Parish Police Jury to enter into an agreement with Apeck Construction, LLC for the District A District Wide Asphalt Roadway Improvements project at a cost of $1,116,030.00 and authorize the Parish President to sign the necessary documents as recommended by Parish Engineer, Pan American Engineers, LLC. (Mr. Moreau)
- Motion to authorize the cleanup of garbage, trash, weeds and debris at invoice the property owner for the cost of cleanup. Public Works Department to complete the job if a contractor is unable to complete the job in a timely manner or if it is cost prohibitive. (Mr. McGlothlin)

- Motion to revoke any and all prior authorization to any person or entity to operate any waterway weir or gate or other control structure owned or under the jurisdiction or authority of the Rapides Parish Police Jury (specifically including but not limited to Bayou Rapides, Bayou Roberts, Bayou Boeuf, Indian Creek, Cotile Lake, Kincaid Lake) and place said authority solely within the control of the Rapides Parish Police Jury working in correlation with any other applicable agencies.
