- Motion to grant a new overhead primary electric line right- of-way to Cleco Power, LLC, for an electrical service line for the maintenance shop at Cotile Recreation Park and authorize the President to sign necessary paperwork. (Mr. Wilder)
- Motion to reject all bids received for the Hoyt Road Asphalt Road way Improvements on May 25, 2023, due to errors discovered in the bidding process, and to authorize Pan American Engineers, LLC to readvertise and receive bids for the project, as recommended by Engineer. (Mr. Wilder)
- Motion to grant fifty (50’) feet of servitude of passage to Robert C. Slay for property located off of Lee Bridge Road and authorize the President to sign any necessary paperwork. (Mr. Smith)
- Motion to authorize reimbursement to the Town of Woodworth for repair work to Clubhouse Drive, to be paid out of Road District 1B, District E Maintenance Funds, cost not to exceed $6,100.00. (Mr. Wilder)
