PUBLIC GATHERINGS LIMITED
Public gatherings are restricted to 75% of the total occupancy of the State Fire Marshal, and requires a six (6) foot minimum of social distancing, limiting the public seating area for the Rapides Parish Police Jury meeting to 28 members of the public, on a first come basis, in accordance with Phase II restrictions.

- (3) All booths, stands or buildings shall be constructed in such a fashion that customers may remain on the outside of the structure or on the inside of the structure, subject to the restrictions of any and all Federal and State Building Codes and Statutes and any restrictions and/or conditions promulgated by the Louisiana State Fire Marshal Office while selecting and purchasing fireworks.. - Motion to adopt an ordinance requiring any company authorized to do business within the Parish of Rapides, pursuant to a State of Louisiana certificate of franchise authority under LSA-R.S. 45:1361 et seq, to provide a monthly report to the Rapides Parish Police Jury itemizing for each month the following items for Rapides Parish:
- The total number of customer accounts;
- The total number of customer service complaints received;
- The total number of customer service calls made by company service technicians;
- The total number of customer accounts which were provided a credit due to an interruption of service; and
- The percentage (%) of the service area which remains in active service (for example 78% of 100%, etc.) (Mr. Smith)

- Motion to ratify authorization for Rapides Parish Fire District No. 15 to submit a grant application to the Volunteer Fire Assistance Program administered through the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry and to accept the funds for purchasing Bunker Gear for new members, as requested by the Taylor Hill Volunteer Fire Department Board of Directors and authorize the President to sign necessary documents. This is a 50% matching fund program with a total award of $5,320.82. (Mr. Wilder)
