1. Motion to adopt the minutes of the Rapides Parish Police Jury held in Regular Session on May 13, 2019 as published in the Official Journal.
2. Motion that approved bills be paid.

APPOINTMENTS TO BE ANNOUNCED AT NEXT MEETING Central Louisiana Regional Port Authority for a four (4) year term to fill the expiring term of Mr. Michael Grant. Term will expire July 20, 2019.

Motion to adopt an ordinance authorizing the sale of abandoned/adjudicated property located on Part of Lot 12 of Square 24 of Race Track Addition, to the City of Alexandria, being 82 feet by 47.33 feet, as recorded Plat Book 2, Page 151 of the Records of Rapides Parish. Bearing the Municipal address of 465 North 16th Street, Alexandria, to New Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church of Alexandria, represented by Mercedes Haley, for the consideration of $1,000.00 cash and authorize the President to sign same. 4. 6. Motion to award Bid #2730-1 – Purchase Used Dump Truck to lowest bidder, United Rentals for the amount of $48,000.00 as recommended by the Public Works Director. (Finance 6/3)
7. Motion to award Bid #2730-2 – Purchase Used Dump Truck to lowest bidder, JPS Equipment Rentals for the amount of $50,000.00 as recommended by the Public Works Director. (Finance 6/3)
8. Motion to authorize the purchase off of the State of Louisiana Lamas Contract, for Rapides Parish Fire District #18, a new Pumper/Tanker Fire Truck and related, for the amount of $424,086.00, secure financing and authorize the President to sign all necessary documents, as recommended by the Fire District No. 18 Board. 13. Motion to authorize to advertise to receive bids for the chip sealing on various roads, to be paid from the various road maintenance funds as budgeted. (Public Works 6/3)

Motion to authorize the President to sign a renewal of the One-Stop Operator Contract between the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana State University at Alexandria, for an optional term of one (1) year from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 30. Motion to adopt a resolution supporting the review and/or study by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers to construct additional flood control gates at the Bayou Courtableau Control Structure in St. Landry Parish to discharge flood water from Bayou Courtableau into Bayou Amy and request that the Corp commence a study and/or review plans to repair the flood gate at Bayou des Glaises at Bordelonville, Louisiana. Copy of this resolution be sent to the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers and the Louisiana Congressional Delegation. Further that this resolution be sent to each of the additional parish governments, including St. Landry, Avoyelles, Evangeline, St. Martin, Lafayette, Iberia and Vermillion Parishes. (Mr. Billings)
31. Motion to authorize the Public Works Director to hire an additional Equipment Operator I and a Laborer, to operate the pothole patcher at the Glenmora Barn, to be paid from the Road & Bridge Salary line item. (Mr. Billings)
