4. Motion to recommend approval of a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Louisiana State University (LSUA) in an amount not to exceed Forty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($47,5000) in 5 installments:

• a. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for assistance with meals and advertisement of the Generals Softball Showdown to be held at the LSUA Campus and Champions Park on February 2-3, 2023 and February 9-10, 2024;
• b. Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($6,500) to assist with meals and advertisement and marketing of the LSUA Tennis Tournaments to be held at LSUA Campus and Alexandria City Courts on February 23-24, 2024 and April 4-7, 2024;
• c. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) for assistance with meals and advertisement of the Red River Athletic Conference Annual Softball Tournament to be held at the Louisiana Christian University on May 1-May 5, 2024;
• d. Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000) to assist with the bid fee for the Red River Athletic Basketball Conference to be held at the Rapides Parish Coliseum on March 1-3, 2024;
• e. Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($17,000) to assist with the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) Basketball Tournament bid fee to be held at the Rapides Parish Coliseum on March 14-16, 2024. – Public Comments
