Special Call Meeting Minutes

Minutes: Meeting of Tuesday, January 26, 2021

Present: John Carroll, Chair; Steven R. McGee, Vice-Chair; Candice Cheney, Secretary/Treasurer; Michael Caffery; Zebulon Winstead

Absent: None

A Special Call Meeting of the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority was called to order by Commissioner Carroll at 8:01 a.m. Executive Administrator, Angela Varnado called the roll. A quorum was present.

The Board heard discussion regarding the postponing of the Saturday, February 6, 2021 Strategic Retreat. A discussion was held.

It was moved by Commissioner McGee and seconded by Commissioner Winstead to postpone the February 6, 2021 Special Call Retreat until further notice. A roll call vote was a s follows: Commissioner Caffery: Abstained Commissioner McGee: Yes Commissioner Cheney: Yes Commissioner Carroll: Yes Commissioner Winstead: Yes Motion passed by majority of votes.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 a.m.
