Motion by Mr. Barron, second by Mr. Gaines, to approve payment of attorney’s bill to Provosty, Sadler, deLaunay, Fiorenza & Sobel for the month of December, 2013. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 005-2014 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN EEIDD AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR BUILDING #1707. Motion by Mr. Barron, second by Mr. Gaines, to authorize Executive Director to execute Lease Agreement between EEIDD and the United States of America for Building #1707. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 006-2014 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN EEIDD AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR BUILDING #1103. Motion by Mr. Barron, second by Mr. Gaines, to authorize Executive Director to execute Lease Agreement between EEIDD and the United States of America for Building #1103. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 007-2014 MOTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DUCOTE WRECKING COMPANY, L.L.C. IN THE AMOUNT OF $89,245.00 FOR DEMOLITION OF 15 RESIDENTIAL PARCELS LOCATED WITHIN THE PART 150 NOISE PROGRAM. Motion by Mr. Barron, second by Mr. Gaines, authorizing Executive Director to enter into an agreement with Ducote Wrecking Company, L.L.C., in the amount of $89,245.00 for demolition of 15 residential parcels located within the Part 150 Noise Program. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 008-2014 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SUBMIT THE REVISED NOISE EXPOSURE MAPS AND AMENDED NOISE COMPATIBILITY PROGRAM DOCUMENT TO THE FAA FOR APPROPRIATE DETERMINATIONS. Motion by Mr. Barron, second by Mr. Gaines, authorizing Executive Director to submit the revised noise exposure maps and amended noise compatibility program document to the FAA for appropriate determinations.
