D. SCHOCK COMPANY, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,684,773 FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD NOISE MITIGATION PROGRAM. Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Linzay, to authorize Executive Director to adopt Work Authorization Number 5 with W. D. Schock Company, Inc., in the amount of $1,684,773.11 for the neighborhood Noise Mitigation Program. On vote, motion carried. 078-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR RAMP LIGHTING REPLACEMENT PROJECT FOR THE EEIDD. Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Linzay, to authorize Executive Director to execute substantial completion for Ramp Lighting Replacement Project for the EEIDD. On vote, motion carried. 079-2011 MOTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE WORK AUTHORIZATION #2 WITH URS FOR PART 150 NCP PROGRAM COORDINATOR THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2012. Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Linzay, authorizing Executive Director to execute work authorization #2 with URS for Part 150 NCP Program Coordinator through September 30, 2012. On vote, motion carried. 080-2011 ADDITIONS TO AGENDA (by unanimous consent) Motion by Mr. Barron, second by Mr. Frazier, to add following item: Motion to authorize Executive Director and Counsel to execute a deed for the transfer of approximately 560 acres from the United States of America to the EEIDD; authorizing Executive Director and Counsel to execute a deed for transfer of ownership of approximately 7 acres from the United States of America to the EEIDD; authorizing Executive Director and Counsel to execute necessary supporting documents to accomplish above. After explanation by Mr. Grafton and by unanimous vote, the motion was added. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COUNSEL TO EXECUTE A DEED FOR THE TRANSFER OF APPROXIMATELY 560 ACRES FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO THE EEIDD; AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COUNSEL TO EXECUTE A DEED FOR TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF APPROXIMATELY 7 ACRES FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO THE EEIDD; AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COUNSEL TO EXECUTE NECESSARY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO ACCOMPLISH ABOVE. Motion by Mr. Gaines, second by Mr. Frazier, to authorize Executive Director and Counsel to execute a deed for the transfer of approximately 560 acres from the United States of America to the EEIDD; authorizing Executive Director and Counsel to execute a deed for transfer of ownership of approximately seven (7) acres from the United States of America to the EEIDD; authorizing Executive Director and Counsel to execute necessary supporting documents to accomplish above.
