On vote, motion carried. 039-2011 MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY’S BILL TO PROVOSTY, SADLER, DELAUNAY, FIORENZA & SOBEL FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, 2011. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Barron, to approve payment of attorney’s bill to Provosty, Sadler, deLaunay, Fiorenza & Sobel for the month of April, 2011. On vote, motion carried. 040-2011 MOTION PROHIBITING YARD/STAKE SIGNS FOR ANY PURPOSE ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AND RESTRICTING SAME ON COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OR HIS DESIGNEE. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Barron, prohibiting yard/stake signs for any purpose on residential property and restricting same on Commercial property subject to the approval of the Executive Director or his designee. On vote, motion carried. 041-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO SIGN A LEASE BETWEEN EEIDD AND GRACE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL FOR LEASE OF BASEBALL PARK. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Barron, to authorize Executive Director to sign a lease between EEIDD and Grace Christian School for lease of Baseball Park. On vote, motion carried. 042-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO RENEW CONTRACT WITH RAPIDES PARISH SHERIFF DEPARTMENT FOR SECURITY AT ENGLAND AIRPARK FROM JULY 1, 2011 TO JUNE 30, 2012. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Barron, to authorize Executive Director to renew contract with Rapides Parish Sheriff Department for security at England Airpark from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. Commissioner Linzay abstained from voting on the above item. On vote, motion carried. 043-2011 MOTION TO RATIFY CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE RENAISSANCE HOME FOR YOUTH ACOUSTICAL TREATMENT PROGRAM PURSUANT TO THE FAA PART 150 PROGRAM. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Barron, to ratify certificate of Substantial Completion for the Renaissance Home for Youth Acoustical Treatment Program pursuant to the FAA Part 150 Program. On vote, motion carried. 044-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE DEMOLITION/REMOVAL OF HOUSES STRUCTURES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS NO. 4 PURSUANT TO THE FAA PART 150 PROGRAM. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Barron, to authorize certificate of Substantial Completion for the Demolition/Removal of Houses Structures and Other Improvements No. 4 pursuant to the FAA Part 150 program. On vote, motion carried. 045-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE DEMOLITION/REMOVAL OF HOUSES, STRUCTURES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS NO. 5 PURSUANT TO THE FAA PART 150 PROGRAM.
