On vote, motion carried. 012-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH UNIFIED RECOVERY GROUP L.L.C. IN THE AMOUNT OF $64,190.86 FOR THE DEMOLITION/REMOVAL OF HOUSES, STRUCTURES, AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS #5 PURSUANT TO THE FAA PART 150 PROGRAM. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Linzay, to authorize Executive Director to execute Certificate Services Agreement with Unified Recovery Group L.L.C., in the amount of $64,190.86 for the demolition/removal of houses, structures, and other improvements #5 pursuant to the FAA Part 150 Program. On vote, motion carried. 013-2011 MOTION TO ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SPONSOR/STATE AGREEMENT #940-04-0043 BETWEEN THE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DEVELOPMENT AND THE EEIDD FOR PART 150 NOISE MITIGATION PROGRAM – PHASE III. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Linzay, to adopt resolution authorizing Executive Director to execute sponsor/state agreement #940-04-0043 between the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and the EEIDD for Part 150 Noise Mitigation Program – Phase III. On vote, motion carried. 014-2011 MOTION AUTHORIIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE PHASE III: CONSTRUCTION OF THE FUEL FARM PERMANENT ACCESS ROAD. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Linzay, authorizing advertisement for bids for the Phase III: Construction of the fuel farm permanent access road. On vote, motion carried. 015-2011 ADDITIONS TO AGENDA (by unanimous consent) Comments by Legal Counsel – None Comments or Questions by Commissioners — None Staff Report – Executive Director – FAA approved Master Plan volumes were presented to Board members followed by a brief discussion. Comparative Air Traffic Report: Overall enplanements were up 12%. Commercial enplanements were up 11%. Moved 1.3 million pounds of cargo in January. Jet fuel sales were up 20% for January. Financial Report: Finished with 58% of the Fiscal Year, collected over 56% revenue and expended 51.2% of budget. Scott Gammel presented DBE report.
