Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Frazier, to approve payment of attorney’s bill to Provosty, Sadler, deLaunay, Fiorenza & Sobel for the month of December, 2010. On vote, motion carried. 004-2011 MOTION TO APPROVE PAYMENT OF ATTORNEY’S BILL TO THE MUNSTERMAN LAW FIRM FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, 2010. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Frazier, to approve payment of attorney’s bill to The Munsterman Law Firm for the month of December, 2010. On vote, motion carried. 005-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO RATIFY EXECUTION OF CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR DEMOLITION/REMOVAL OF HOUSES, STRUCTURES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS NO. 3 PURSUANT TO THE FAA PART 150 PROGRAM. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Frazier, to authorize Executive Director to ratify execution of Certificate of Substantial Completion for Demolition/Removal of Houses, Structures and Other Improvements No. 3 pursuant to the FAA Part 150 program. On vote, motion carried. 006-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A ROUNDABOUT AT ENGLAND AND VANDENBURG DRIVE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PROJECT ENGINEERS. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Frazier, to authorize Executive Director to execute Certificate of Substantial Completion for Construction of a Roundabout at England and Vandenburg Drive as recommended by the project engineers. On vote, motion carried. 007-2011 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH BOYKIN CONTRACTING, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $396,050.00 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF GATEWAYS ON ENGLAND AND VANDENBURG DRIVE. Motion by Ms. Stich, second by Mr. Frazier, to authorize Executive Director to execute contract with Boykin Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $396,050.00 for Construction of Gateways on England and Vandenburg Drive. On vote, motion carried. 008-2011 Received annual independent audit report for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 from Payne, Moore & Herrington, presented by Mr. James Ballard. ADDITIONS TO AGENDA (by unanimous consent) Comments by Legal Counsel – None Comments or Questions by Commissioners — None Staff Report – Executive Director – Comparative Air Traffic Report: A total of 176,270 passengers enplaned for the year 2010 (a record set for the year). Up 5% for the year. Finished December off strong with 16% increase in commercial and 25% overall. Financial Report: 50% through the Fiscal Year, collected over 50% revenue and expended 47% of budget.
