Phase 1 of this project was approved under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) by GOHSEP and FEMA for the completion of engineering and surveying for a total of $216,406.00. The 25% match is being provided by the Gravity Drainage District #1 of Rapides Parish as follows. On vote the motion carried.
