Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Baudin, to adopt resolution authorizing Executive Director to execute Sponsor/State Agreement #H.010859 between the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and the EEIDD for Security Modifications in the amount of $45,000.00. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 012-2014 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE UNITED STATES AIR FORCE AND THE ENGLAND AUTHORITY FOR THE STATIC DISPLAY AIRCRAFT LOCATED AT HERITAGE PARK. Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Baudin, to authorize Executive Director to execute loan agreement between the national Museum of the United States Air Force and the England Authority for the static display aircraft located at Heritage Park. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 013-2014 MOTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT WITH MEYER MEYER, LACROIX & HIXSON TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY BRAVO. Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Baudin, to authorize Executive Director to execute contract with Meyer, Meyer, LaCroix & Hixson to provide professional engineering services for the Rehabilitation of Taxiway Bravo. The Chair called for any comments from the public. There being none, a vote was called and motion carried. 014-2014 MOTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH RANDALL WOMACK CONSULTING, INC., TO PROVIDE ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND EXPERTISE REGARDING THE FUNDING PROCESS OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA CAPITAL OUTLAY AND STATE BOND COMMISSION PROGRAM. Motion by Mr. Frazier, second by Mr. Baudin, authorizing Executive Director to execute services contract with Randall Womack Consulting, Inc., to provide advice, guidance and expertise regarding the process of the State of Louisiana Capital Outlay and State Bond Commissioner program. The Chair called for any comments by the public. There being none, a roll call vote was ordered by the Chairman.
