Agenda Agenda Item #3: Approval of Minutes A motion to approve the June 5, 2024, minutes as written by Nathan Martin, seconded by Troy Roussell. On vote the motion unanimously passed. MPO Housekeeping Projects for Approval: Agenda Item #4: a. FY 2025 Unified Planning Work Program A motion was made to approve the current UPWP update regarding implementation of projects specified by FY25 UPWP by Ben Russo, seconded by Ralph Hennessy. On vote the motion unanimously passed. b. FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program There was a discussion of Administrative Modification to the current TIP, update regarding implementation of TIP projects. Agenda Item #5: Metropolitan Planning Area Vulnerable Road Users Safety Analysis Staff presented priority locations for VRU’s inside the metropolitan planning area; and resources to local governments to implement safety improvements. Agenda Item #6: RAPC Federal Funding Opportunities RFQ Update The committee reviewed the status of federal funding opportunities pursued by RAPC and the RFQ authorized November 2024. Agenda Item #8: A motion to adjourn by Nathan Martin, seconded by Ben Russo. On vote the motion unanimously passed.
