- Motion to adopt an ordinance authorizing the sale of abandoned/adjudicated property located on a certain piece, parcel or tract of land together with all improvements located thereon, and all rights, way and privileges thereto appertaining, being, land and situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section Two (2), Township Four (4) North, Range One

- Motion to amend the Appraisal Services contract for Haynes Real Estate, LLC to increase the total contract amount by $1,750.00 to perform a required update to the original appraisal for land acquisition for the North Bank Grant Parish Levee Recertificati on project funded by Gustav/Ike CDBG Disaster Recovery funds, and to authorize the President to execute said contract amendment.
