Motion to adopt an ordinance authorizing the sale of abandoned/adjudicated property located on a certain piece, parcel or tract of land together with all improvements located thereon, and all rights, way and privileges thereto appertaining, being, land and situated in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section Two (2), Township Four (4) North, Range One
