2. Motion to authorize Executive Director to execute concession/lease agreement with Avis Rent-A-Car System, LLC for car rental services at Alexandria International Airport.
3. Motion to authorize Executive Director to execute concession/lease agreement with Budget Rent-A-Car System, Inc. for rental car services at Alexandria International Airport.
4. Motion to authorize Executive Director to execute concession/lease agreement with EAN Holdings, LLC d/b/a National Car Rental and Enterprise Rent-A-Car for rental car services at Alexandria International Airport.
5. Motion authorizing Executive Director to execute contract with Progressive Construction Company, LLC in the amount of $1,565,328.50 for the Extension of Runway 18 and Associated Improvements Obstacle Removal - Phase 3, subject to funding and approval by the DOTD and Federal Aviation Administration. Motion to approve the Executive Director’s acceptance of Grant Number 3-22-0003-104-2026 in the amount of $1,777,288 from the Federal Aviation Administration to Install Instrument Approach Aid Runway 18, Install Runway Visual Guidance System Runway 18 - Phase 2 Obstacle Removal and execution of all related documents thereto.
7. Motion to approve the Executive Director’s acceptance of Grant Number 3-22-0003-105-2026 in the amount of $937,936 from the Federal Aviation Administration to Expand Apron (South Ramp) - Phase III Construction and execution of all related documents thereto.
8. Motion to approve the Executive Director’s acceptance of Grant Number 3-22-0003-106-2026 in the amount of $1,195,993 from the Federal Aviation Administration to Expand Apron (South Ramp) - Phase III Construction and execution of all related documents thereto.
9. Motion to enter into Executive Session to discuss prospective litigation involving public records requests. LA. R.S. 42:17(A)(2).
10. Discussion of the Airpark Staging Center and the Intergovernmental Service Agreement associated thereto and/or the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement associated thereto, a discussion of whom the operators and subcontractors of the Airpark Staging Center are and/or will be including but not limited to who will be handling day-to-day operations at the facility, receiving a presentation from any of those entities, and any action related to the above mentioned items.
11. Motion to compel the Executive Director to release the Intergovernmental Service Agreement between Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement and EEIDD providing the Airpark Staging Center.
