  • H. ORDINANCES FOR FINAL ADOPTION SUBJECT TO PUBLIC HEARING
  1. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for an insulated articulating telescopic boom and material handler.
  2. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for full spectrum imaging system (FSIS) II Color Lab System and full spectrum imaging system (FSIS-CSE) II.
  3. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for a 47-foot sheave height hydraulic digger derrick truck.
  4. To consider final adoption of an ordinance amending and reenacting Article XII, Chapter 7 of the City Code Sections 7-231;7233; 7-235; 7-237; and 7-240 to allow the use of Administrative Adjudications to enforce building codes; Zoning, Vegetation and Nuisance Ordinances; Sewerage and Drainage Regulations; matters involving Licensing and Permits, and other violations as determined by the City Council.
  5. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the lowest proposal received from Cenla Cleaning and Details LLC, for janitorial services for the Utility Customer Service Building.
  6. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to renew the existing contract with Sol Powerline, LLC for Electric Distribution overhead maintenance services.
  7. To consider final adoption of an ordinance revoking a 30’ x 30’ Lift Station servitude located Lot 2-A of Scottish Turn Subdivision.
  8. To consider final adoption of an ordinance to rezone 3511 England Drive, Alexandria, Louisiana from a MHP (Mobile Home Park Zoning District) to a PD (Planned Development Zone) to allow for Mobile Homes and RV’s for Lots 9-20,37-48 and Lot 57 at an existing Mobile Home Park.
  9. To consider final adoption of an ordinance to rezone 58 Heyman Lane, Alexandria, Louisiana, from B-2 (Community Business) to C-1 (Limited Commercial Zoning District) to allow for commercial parking.
  10. To consider final adoption of an ordinance annexing 26.73 acres being Tract 1 (6.71 acres) and Tract 2 (20.02 acres) located in Section 41, 53 and 54 of Township 4 North Range 2 West Rapides Parish, Louisiana.
  11. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for natural gas welding services for the Gas Department.
  12. To consider final adoption of an ordinance authorizing the mayor to accept the low bid submitted for three phase padmount.
