NOTICE OF SPECIAL POLICE JURY MEETING

1. Motion to grant an Agency Agreement to General Contractors, Ratcliff Construction Company and Sub-Contractors for the Coliseum Project.
2. Any other business that may properly come before the Police Jury.

There were present: Richard Billings, President, Craig Smith, Vice President and Police Jurors, Davron “Bubba” Moreau, Joe Bishop, Theodore Fountaine, Jr., Richard Vanderlick, Oliver “Ollie” Overton, Jr., Sean McGlothlin and Scott Perry, Jr.

Also present were Mr. Shannon Trapp, Courthouse and Jail Building Superintendent; Mr. Bruce Kelly, Treasurer; Ms. Donna Andries, Sales & Use Tax Administrator; Mr. Thomas O. Wells, Legal Counsel; and Ms. Laurel Smith, Secretary.

The invocation was given by Mr. Theodore Fountaine, Jr.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mr. Bubba Moreau.

The Police Jury of the Parish of Rapides, State of Louisiana, was duly convened as the governing authority of said Parish by Hon. Richard Billings, President, who welcomed all present and then stated that the Police Jury was ready for the transaction of business. REGULAR MEETING APRIL 23, 2015

The President asked if there was any public comment on any agenda item, to which there was no response.

On motion by Mr. Joe Bishop, seconded by Mr. Ollie Overton, to grant an Agency Agreement to General Contractors, Ratcliff Construction Company and Sub-Contractors for the Coliseum Project as per the list that follows: A & M Concrete ACA Mechanical/Industrial, LLC Advanced Environmental Consulting Avallone Architectural Specialties, L.L.C. Davis Contract Draperies Geotechnical Testing Laboratory, Inc. Gordon Blacktopping Service, LLC Ground Hog Foundation Drilling Gunn Electric Co., Inc. Hillcrest Services Group, LLC Hussey Seating Company J-Kaulk Firestopping, Inc. Joe Banks Drywall and Acoustics, Inc. Lloyd N. Moreau, L.L.C. Mardel Products Company Mid South Fire Solutions, LLC Morgan Roofing Company, Inc. Precision Paint & Drywall, Inc. Progressive Construction Co., Inc. Ratcliff Construction Company, LLC Red River Glass, L.L.C. Tennessee Valley Metals, Inc. ThyssenKrupp Elevator-Alexander Williams Fence & Aluminum On vote the motion carried.

On motion by Mr. Joe Bishop, seconded by Mr. Craig Smith, there being no further business, the meeting be adjourned at 11:14 a .m. On vote the motion carried.
