- Motion to approve the minutes of June 9, 2026, Admin/Legal Committee meeting.
- To review and discuss proposed Resolution amending Part II of the EEIDD Code of Ordinances and Policies by adding Chapter 9, Use of Public Property for Expressive Activities, to provide for the reasonable, content-neutral regulation of public demonstrations, protests, rallies, vigils, picketing, and other expressive assemblies upon property owned by the District; to establish a permitting procedure for certain planned demonstrations; to provide for spontaneous demonstrations, to prohibit demonstrations within airport terminals and terminal operation frontage zones; to provide for reasonable time, place and manner; and otherwise provide with respect thereto.
