1. Motion to send an emergency request to the Secretary of State Office to relocate the polling place of Voting Precinct S23 from Forest Hill Municipal Building to Forest Hill Gym (Forest Hill Municipal Building under construction both are located in the same parking lot), same address, 138 Blue Lake Road, Forest Hill and authorize submission of the polling place change to the Secretary of State and US Department of Justice for preclearance and authorize the President to sign same. 2. Motion to send an emergency request to the Secretary of State Office to relocate the polling place of Voting Precinct C7 from Peabody Magnet High School’s old Gym to the new Gym (Fire Marshal shut old Gym down, both are located in the same parking lot), same address, 2727 Jones Avenue, Alexandria and authorize submission of the polling place change to the Secretary of State and US Department of Justice for preclearance and authorize the President to sign same.
