- Motion to authorize the purchase of three (3) Ford Utility All Wheel Drive vehicles off Louisiana State Contract No. 4400016601, for the Rapides Parish Fire District No. 8, as recommended by the Board and Fire Chief, authorize financing if necessary and approve for the President to sign all necessary documents. ( Mr. Wilder)
- Motion to delete from 9th Judicial District Judges Asset/Invento ry Program the equipment listed below, as it is no longer suitable f or public use: Asset Description Disposal 10736 HP Compaq 500B HP Scrapped Compaq LE1911 ( Mr. Overton)

- Motion to allow Richard’s Bush-hogging Services (levee maintenance) a 12 percent Fuel Surcharge increase. Original contract was awarded in 2020 and has been renewed annually. This is recommended by the Public Works Director, Public Works Chairman and the Purchasing Agent. (Mr. Wilder)
- Recognize Mr. Thomas David, Pan American Engineers, for an update on the Ward 9 Recreation Complex. (Mr. Bishop)
- Receive an update from Mr. Cory Ashmore, Public Works Director, on the demo of the slope mower. (Mr. Scott)

- Motion to acknowledge the appointment of Mr. Dennis Ashmore to the Fire Protection District No. 18 Board (Town of Lecompte appointee) to fill the unexpired term of the late Mr. William “Bill” Wilson. Term will expire January 1, 2023. (Mr. Overton)
- Motion to adopt a resolution to endorse Mr. Craig Smith for Executi ve Board Member of Region 8 of the Louisiana Police Jury Association. Copy of this resolution to be sent to each Region Eight Police Juri es and the Louisiana Police Jury Association. (Mr. Overton)
- Motion to reappoint Mr. Steven Halbert to the Fire District No. 12 Boar d for a two (2) year term. Term will expire August 14, 2022. (Mr. Johnson)

- Motion to waive the thirty (30) day announcement rule and appoin t James Morgan to the Library Board of Control, representing District G, to fill the expiring term of H. Gregory Walker, for a five (5) year term. Term will expire September 1, 2022. (Mr. McGlothlin)
- Motion to accept the resignation of Mr. Don Holloway on the Gravity Drainage District No. 1 Board and a letter sent thanking Mr. Holloway for his years of service. Waive the thirty (30) day announcement rul e and appoint Mr. Gregory Trotter to fill the unexpired term. Term will expire December 12, 2024. (Mr. McGlothlin)
