Motion to authorize Pan American Engineers to advertise to recei ve bids for the Town of Lecompte for additional cleaning and debris remov al of ditches and the removal and replacing of existing drainage culverts w ith pipe and catch basins to alleviate the ponding of water along Taylor Stree t and Rapides Avenue, contingent upon the Town’s acceptance of the pr oject scope, to be funded by the Town’s portion of Road District 3A Mai ntenance Funds.
