Motion to reallocate the tax proceeds from the Sales Tax District No. 3 tax election of April 11, 2011, to be reallocated annually, according to the population estimates as submitted to the Treasurer of the Stat e of Louisiana by the LSU AgCenter, Department of Agricultural Economic s and Agribusiness and Dr. Troy C. Motion to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement betwee n the Rapides Parish Police Jury and the Louisiana Department of Trea sury related to Act 961 of 2026 Regular Legislative Session – Stat e Aid to Local Government Entities State General Fund Direct for purpose outlined by HB 312 for the following: Brooksie Lane, Big Island Loop, Deville Cutoff Road, continued cleanup of Bayou Rapides, Lucas Road, Lynell Road, Moss Ridge Drive, Susan Drive, Pete Paul Road, Mc Nary Cutoff Road, Echo-Cheneyville Cutoff Road, and Ward 11, District C authorize the Parish President to sign all necessary documents. 5. Motion to authorize cleanup of garbage, trash, weeds and deb ris at 203 Overbrook Drive, Pineville, LA and authorize legal counsel to i nvoice the property owner for cost of cleanup. Public Works Department to complete the job if a contractor is unable to complete the job in a timely manner or if it is cost prohibitive. (Mr. Wiggins)
6. Motion to discuss advertising to receive proposals for a Parish wide ID/IQ for cutting trees, removing stumps and cutting limbs from parish right of ways. (Mr. Wiggins) Page | 9

Motion to authorize Pan American Engineers to advertise to rec eive bids for the Town of Lecompte for additional cleaning and debris removal of ditches and the removal and replacing of existing drainage cul verts with pipe and catch basins to alleviate the ponding of water along Taylor Street and Rapides Avenue, contingent upon the Town’s acceptanc e of the project scope, to be funded by the Town’s portion of Road District 3A Maintenance Funds. Cost of project is estimated to not exceed $600,000.00. (Mr. Overton)
8. Motion to authorize Pan American Engineers to receive price quotes and award to the lowest bidder for limb trimming and removal within pa rish right of ways in Holiday Park Subdivision and Pinecraft Drive. Estimated cost of project is $30,000.00. Project to be funded by corresponding road district maintenance funds within District B. (Mr. Wiggins)
9. Motion to adopt a resolution approving the Annual Certificate of Compliance with the State of Louisiana Off System Bridge Rep lacement Program to include the period of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, as recommended by Pan American Engineers, LLC. (Mr. Giles)
10. Motion to authorize the Parish President to sign a suppleme ntal agreement for State Project No. H.007538, LA 498 England Airpark to La 1 Gateway project. This agreement changes the responsibility of an y additional work for the project to be covered 100% by the Parish to 80% covered by DOTD and 20% covered by the Parish. (Mr. Scott)
11. Motion to authorize Pan American Engineers to receive bids for Project No. 3586 – Ates Road Patch Base Failures and Overlay, project to b e funded by Road District 10A, District A. Estimated cost of pr oject is $673,200.00. (Mr. Moreau)
