- Motion to amend and reenact Chapter 19 ½ - Parks and Recreation, Article I. – In General, Section 19 ½ - 2. Cotile Lake and Recreation Area – Fees (a)(5)(b) Year-round, campers wanting to stay thirty (30) consecutive days, ninety (90) shall stay in one camping spot for a maximum of thirty (30) days, will pay four hundred fifty dollars ($450.00) per month for sites without sewer connections, in advance, with no refunds and five hundre d dollars ($500.00) per month for sites with sewer connections.
